Q: How do I know if I’m ordering the right compressor or part?

A: You will speak to a Smart Drive Representative who will guide you to the best product for your needs.

Q: Will I need to pay extra for Shipping?

A: Yes. Shipping will be calculated once the delivery address is confirmed.

Q. Can I pick up my Smart Drive Air Compressor myself?

A: Yes. However you will need your own insurance and ensure you are having the installation completed by an authorised Technician and qualified electrician.

Q: Do I need to pay an installation fee?

A: Yes. This will be quoted for you by a qualified service technician and will depend on the machine and where it will be installed.

Q: Do I get a warranty?

A: Yes. You will have a 5-year warranty with your Smart Drive Air Compressor. 2 years Full warranty of parts and labour and 3 years just parts ONLY when installed and serviced by an authorised technician and qualified electrician.  

Q: Will my Smart Drive Air Compressor look exactly like the image on the website?

A: Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of Products, some actual goods may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website.

Q: Do I need to book in for servicing?

A: Yes. We can help you with this by recommending the best Company for your regular servicing. A service Agreement is recommended so you have a set schedule to follow. That way you will never miss a service.

Q: Will my compressor be covered under warranty if I get regular servicing?

A: Yes. It is a requirement that ALL air compressors have regular servicing based on what is acceptable for that unit. Your Smart Drive representative will help you with this.

Q: As our Business sells Air Compressors, can I sell Smart Drive Air Compressors to my customers?
